Colleges at undergraduate level have little scope for campus recruitments.             Consequently, even the best of the candidates from remote areas are getting deprived       of a chance to get into the established institution/ Companies.Majority of the students       are weak in soft skills and communications skills that the industries / companies need       and these can be imparted well in a good Environment.
